DOUGLAS K. ZIRKER, MD

The founder of Bend Dermatology, Dr. Zirker has been practicing medicine in Bend for nearly 30 years. Dr. Zirker's expertise extends to a wide range of skin conditions, including skin cancers and precancers, sun damage, psoriasis and eczema. A board-certified dermatologist and member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Dr. Zirker earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah College of Medicine and his Bachelor of Science from Utah State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also completed a three-year residency in dermatology at the University of Colorado. Dr. Zirker enjoys road biking, gardening, and being a grandfather to his three grandsons.

WILLIAM DELGADO, MD

A specialist in the surgical removal of skin cancers, Dr. Delgado joined Bend Dermatology in 2000 after completing both a Mohs Micrographic and Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship and three-year residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. Formerly Chief Resident in the Department of Dermatology at Oregon Health Sciences University, Dr. Delgado earned his Doctor of Medicine from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Willamette University in Salem. A board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Delgado enjoys collecting and showing classic cars, fishing, and spending time with his wife and children and is an Oregon State Beaver fan.

STEPHANIE TRAUTMAN, MD

Dr. Stephanie Trautman joined Bend Dermatology Clinic in September 2008 upon completion of her 3 year Dermatology Residency at Oregon Health Science University. Dr. Trautman received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and completed her Medical Degree at the University of Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She has been involved with numerous Community organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Camp Sweeney, a camp for diabetic children. In addition to her community involvement, Dr. Trautman enjoys jewelry design, guitar, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two young children.  She is a board certified dermatologist, specializing in photoaging, skin cancer, acne, rashes and patch testing for allergic contact dermatitis. Dr Trautman is currently accepting new patients at our Bend office.

JOSHUA MAY, MD

After completing his residency in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, where he served as Chief Resident, Dr. May joined Bend Dermatology Clinic in 2011.  He received both his Bachelors of Biology and his Medical Degree at Louisianna State University where he was given Honors Distinction and elected into the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.  Dr. May has spoken at several national dermatology meetings as well as published articles on a wide array of dermatologic disease and therapy.  After spending many years in the South, he enjoys the moderate climate of Bend along with the many recreational opportunities of the region.  He enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and playing guitar.  Dr. May specializes in a wide range of skin conditions and is currently accepting new patients in the Bend office.
